1st Generation Building Services was created to provide condominium boards with experienced, independent guidance when managing complex building projects and long-term maintenance decisions.

We bring more than 15 years of experience working directly with condominium communities across South Florida. We understand the unique challenges boards face when balancing building maintenance, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and large capital projects.

Our experience includes overseeing multimillion-dollar projects such as concrete restoration, roof replacements, waterproofing, elevator modernization, and pool deck renovations. We work closely with engineers, contractors, and association boards to evaluate proposals, manage project timelines, coordinate vendors, and ensure that projects are completed in alignment with the association’s goals and financial responsibilities.

1st Generation Building Services provides independent owner’s representation, meaning our role is to advocate for the association’s interests throughout the project process. We help boards clearly understand project scope, evaluate contractor proposals, monitor project progress, and make informed decisions that protect the long-term value of the property.
