What experience do you have that qualifies you to provide these services?

I bring over 15 years of experience working with condominium associations, construction projects, and vendor management. As both a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and Certified General Contractor (CGC), I combine operational condominium management experience with technical construction expertise, allowing me to evaluate projects from both the Board’s governance perspective and the contractor’s execution standpoint.

My experience includes overseeing multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects such as concrete restoration, elevator modernization, waterproofing, roofing, and pool deck renovations. I regularly work with engineers, contractors, and association boards to manage project timelines, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

In addition to project oversight, I have extensive experience in contract negotiation, bid evaluation, budgeting, and vendor management, helping boards control costs and make informed decisions when planning capital improvements and long-term building maintenance.
